Because of the climate in Iceland dress appropriate for the weather, if you are going in june dress for mid to upper 50's, if going in January dress for lower to mid 30's. make sure to pack for rain as it is common for rainfall. iceland is a beatiful country so double check you have comfortable walking shoes.
The Climate
Iceland has a subarctic type. this means that Iceland has cooler winters
and mild summers. typically the temperature in july is 51°f (11°c) the temperature in january is typically 30°f (-1°c). During the summer days are full of sunlight unlike in winter where iceland usually only gets four or five hours of sunlight.
